Are you looking for a new vinyl or gunite pool? Here’s what we can do for you.
Every new pool installation is a three-step process: designing, blueprinting and building.
The design phase is a favorite among our customers. Here, we’ll help you create the perfect design for your new vinyl or gunite pool. We consider factors like your property’s location, the size of your pool, and what we can bring to the project.
Once we’re done with the introductory design phase, which may include sketches or mockups of the pool, we’ll get your approval before moving on to the blueprinting stage. Here we finalize the technical details of the installation process, which includes selecting equipment, creating building plans, and design work by our team of experts.
After blueprinting is complete and our teams are satisfied, we show you the finalized design, get your approval, and start work as soon as we schedule a time that works best for you.
The time it takes to install a pool depends on the size and other factors. Most projects take 4-16 weeks, although the actual building is a surprisingly short part of the process.
The first few weeks include the design and blueprinting phases. Once we have your approval on the designs, chances are we’ll also need to meet with a few different agencies, acquire permits, and so on. Fortunately, we’ve been in this industry long enough to know how to minimize how long that takes.
Once everyone’s given their approval, the actual excavation of the pool takes 1-2 days. However, this may be slower if pipes, rocks, or other issues prevent regular digging. Everything is solvable, so it’s just a matter of time.
After that, we’ll put all the parts and pieces into the pool. Some new pools require curing before they’re waterproofed, but we work on other aspects like tiling and non-pool masonry while we wait.
